Early-stage AI startups often need to stretch limited funding across product development, hiring and infrastructure. Appinventiv wants to remove one of those costs.
The IT services and digital transformation company has launched AspireHub, a workspace programme that gives selected AI startups free access to an office in Noida.
Appinventiv has dedicated an entire floor of its new 11-storey campus in Sector 135, Noida, to the initiative. The programme targets startups with teams of up to 15 people based anywhere in Delhi NCR.
For founders still operating from home, cafés or small rented offices, the programme could provide a more established environment to build and grow without adding office rent to their expenses.
What Startups Get for Free
AspireHub goes beyond simply providing desks.
Selected startups will receive:
- Free office space
- High-speed internet
- IT support
- Access to meeting rooms
- Mentorship from Appinventiv leadership
- Guidance on product, branding and scaling
The mentorship could be particularly useful for founders moving from an early product idea towards a more structured business. However, Appinventiv has not disclosed the exact format or duration of the mentorship programme.
Applications remain open on a rolling basis. Appinventiv will assess startups based on their founding team, product, market opportunity and ability to execute.
Some selected startups could eventually enter a more structured incubation track, although the company has not yet shared details about that programme.
Why Free Infrastructure Could Matter for AI Startups
For a young AI company, saving on office expenses can mean more money for building the actual product.
AI startups can face additional infrastructure and development costs as they experiment with products, models and new use cases. AspireHub aims to reduce at least some of the basic operating costs while also giving founders access to an established technology company.
Saurabh Singh, CEO and Director of Appinventiv, said the company wants to remove the burden of rent and infrastructure so founders can focus on building their businesses.
The initiative also gives startups something beyond physical workspace: direct access to experienced industry professionals.
Noida Wants a Bigger Role in India’s AI Startup Ecosystem
Appinventiv is launching AspireHub at a time when Noida continues to grow as a startup and technology destination.
According to the State of Uttar Pradesh Startup Ecosystem Report 2025 by Inc42, Uttar Pradesh’s DPIIT-registered startup count grew from around 1,100 in 2018 to nearly 14,000 in 2024. Noida has contributed significantly to that growth.
The city is already home to unicorns such as Paytm, Pine Labs and Innovaccer. The state government also operates an AI incubation centre in Noida with IIT Kanpur under the Start in UP scheme.
Delhi NCR also recorded $690 million across 48 startup deals in the first quarter of 2025, according to Inc42.
Against this backdrop, AspireHub gives Appinventiv a way to contribute directly to the region’s growing startup ecosystem.
Appinventiv Moves Beyond Its Traditional Business
The initiative also represents a new direction for Appinventiv.
The company employs more than 1,700 people and is primarily known for enterprise app development and digital transformation services. With AspireHub, it is now providing direct support to startups at the early stages of their journey.
For founders, the biggest attraction is straightforward: they can get a place to work without paying for it while also gaining access to infrastructure and mentorship.
If the programme develops into a larger incubation effort, AspireHub could eventually become more than a workspace initiative. For now, its immediate proposition is simple — give early-stage AI startups the room, resources and guidance they need to build.
