Lenovo has refreshed its gaming laptop portfolio in India with three new models. The lineup includes the Legion 5i (2026), Legion 5a (2026) and LOQ 15AHP11.

The new machines target different levels of gaming and performance requirements. However, all three models bring Nvidia GeForce RTX 50-series graphics.

The Legion 5i and Legion 5a are the more premium offerings. Meanwhile, the LOQ 15AHP11 sits below them in Lenovo’s gaming lineup.

All three laptops are available through Lenovo’s online store in India.

Legion 5i Starts at Rs. 2,65,990

The Lenovo Legion 5i (2026) starts at Rs. 2,65,990 in India. It comes in an Eclipse Black finish.

The laptop is powered by an Intel Core Ultra 7 356H processor. It also gets Lenovo’s LA1 and LA3 AI core chips.

For graphics, buyers can configure the machine with up to an Nvidia GeForce RTX 5060 GPU. The graphics card comes with 8GB of GDDR7 video memory.

The Legion 5i supports up to 32GB of DDR5 RAM and up to 2TB of M.2 PCIe Gen 4 SSD storage.

Legion 5a Brings AMD Power

The Lenovo Legion 5a (2026) starts at Rs. 2,25,990. Like the Legion 5i, it is offered in Eclipse Black.

Instead of Intel hardware, the Legion 5a uses an AMD Ryzen 7 250 processor. It is paired with an LA1 AI core chip.

The laptop can be configured with up to an Nvidia GeForce RTX 5060 GPU. Lenovo also offers an RTX 5050 configuration.

The Legion 5a supports up to 32GB of DDR5 RAM and 2TB of PCIe Gen 4 SSD storage.

Both Legion Laptops Get 165Hz OLED Displays

Display performance is a major part of the new Legion 5i and 5a.

Both models feature a 15.3-inch WQXGA OLED panel. The display has a 16:10 aspect ratio and supports refresh rates of up to 165Hz.

Peak brightness is rated at up to 500 nits. The combination of OLED technology and a high refresh rate is aimed at both gaming and everyday content consumption.

Both laptops also use Lenovo’s Hyper Legion Coldfront thermal management system. It is designed to help prevent performance throttling during demanding workloads.

The two models weigh around 1.87kg. They also support up to Wi-Fi 7 and Bluetooth 5.4.

Legion 5i Gets Rapid Charge Pro and an 80Wh Battery

Both Legion models pack an 80Wh battery. However, charging support differs between the two machines.

The Legion 5i supports Rapid Charge Pro. Lenovo has also included a swappable rear panel on this model.

The Legion 5a does not list Rapid Charge Pro in the provided specifications.

The larger battery should also help the laptops handle longer gaming and productivity sessions, although actual battery life will depend on configuration and usage.

LOQ 15AHP11 Offers 180Hz Display and RTX 5060

The Lenovo LOQ 15AHP11 starts at Rs. 1,99,990 in India. It comes in a Luna Grey finish.

The laptop features an AMD Ryzen 7 250 processor and an LA1 AI core chip. Graphics options go up to the Nvidia GeForce RTX 5060 with 8GB of GDDR7 memory.

The LOQ 15AHP11 offers two display configurations. The higher-end option is a 15.3-inch WQXGA IPS LCD panel with a refresh rate of up to 180Hz.

There is also a 15.3-inch WUXGA display option with a refresh rate of up to 165Hz.

For cooling, Lenovo has equipped the machine with its Hyperchamber Cooling system.

The laptop supports up to 32GB of RAM and 2TB of PCIe Gen 4 SSD storage. It packs a 60Wh battery with Rapid Charge Pro support.

At around 2.1kg, it is heavier than the Legion 5i and 5a. Connectivity includes Wi-Fi 6 and Bluetooth 5.3.

The new lineup gives Indian buyers three gaming laptop options with RTX 50-series graphics. The Legion models focus on OLED displays and premium hardware, while the LOQ 15AHP11 offers a lower starting price with a high-refresh-rate display.
