A Smart Band Without a Screen
Unlike most fitness trackers, the Garmin Cirqa features a screen-free design.
Garmin says removing the display helps users stay focused and minimizes distractions while still delivering comprehensive health tracking. Instead of checking stats on the wearable, users can access all activity and wellness data through the Garmin Connect app on Android and iPhone.
The wearable comes with a soft fabric band that can be worn on the wrist or around the upper arm, offering greater flexibility depending on the activity.
Tracks More Than 80 Activities
The Garmin Cirqa supports both automatic and manual activity tracking.
It can automatically detect workouts and log them in the Garmin Connect app, where users can review, confirm, or edit activity details. Garmin says the system becomes smarter over time by learning how users move and improving activity classification.
For manual tracking, users can choose from more than 80 workout modes, including running, walking, yoga, and other fitness activities. A dedicated side button also lets users quickly start preset workouts.
The wearable also offers advanced performance metrics such as:
- Training Readiness
- HRV (Heart Rate Variability) Status
- VO2 Max
- Training Status
These insights are aimed at helping users better understand recovery, fitness levels, and workout intensity.
Comprehensive Health Monitoring
Beyond activity tracking, the Garmin Cirqa offers continuous health monitoring throughout the day.
The smart band includes:
- Heart rate monitoring
- Resting heart rate tracking
- Abnormal heart rate alerts
- Pulse Ox (SpOâ‚‚) monitoring
- Respiration tracking
- Stress monitoring
- Sleep tracking
- Body Battery energy monitoring
- Fitness Age
- Women’s health tracking
The wearable also supports Connected GPS using a paired smartphone and includes LiveTrack, allowing users to share their real-time location with friends or family during outdoor activities.
Battery Life
Garmin claims the Cirqa Smart Band can deliver up to 10 days of battery life on a single charge while continuously monitoring health and fitness metrics.
The extended battery life is one of the wearable’s biggest selling points, allowing users to track sleep and health without frequent charging interruptions.
