  • The company currently operates more than 800 service centres.
  • Ai+ will add over 200 service centres to its existing network.
  • The brand will open its first exclusive service centre in Delhi this Diwali.
  • The facility will offer repairs, warranty support, software assistance and device setup.
  • Ai+ is also launching the Ai+ Assistance App for digital customer support.

Ai+ Smartphone is expanding its after-sales infrastructure in India as the brand prepares to cross 1,000 service touchpoints.

The company currently has more than 800 service centres across the country. It plans to add over 200 more locations to the network.

The expansion is designed to make customer support more accessible across India. It will cover services ranging from repairs and warranty assistance to troubleshooting and device setup.

Ai+ is also preparing to open its first exclusive service centre in India. The facility will be located in Delhi and is scheduled to open this Diwali.

The dedicated centre will have trained technical staff and genuine spare parts. It will provide standardised repairs, software assistance, warranty support and device setup across the Ai+ smartphone portfolio.

For common service requirements, the company is targeting turnaround times ranging from same-day resolution to seven days. The actual timeline will depend on the nature and complexity of the issue.

New Ai+ Assistance App announced

Alongside the physical expansion, Ai+ is introducing the Ai+ Assistance App.

The new application is designed to bring different customer support functions into one platform. Users will be able to access their device and warranty information through the app.

The app will also help customers find nearby Ai+ service centres. They can book service requests and generate service tickets without relying solely on a physical centre.

Users will also be able to track their service tickets through the application. Troubleshooting assistance will be available as another support option.

This creates a digital link between the customer and Ai+’s expanding service network. Customers can identify an issue, raise a request and follow its progress through the same platform.

The company says the approach is aimed at making the support journey more transparent and consistent.

Ai+ focuses on support beyond the smartphone

Madhav Sheth, CEO of NxtQuantum Shift Technologies (Ai+ Smartphone), said the company’s relationship with customers extends beyond the device purchase.

He said the expansion to more than 1,000 service touchpoints, the exclusive Delhi centre and the Assistance App are intended to make support more accessible and dependable.

The move comes as Ai+ continues to build its smartphone business in India. A larger service network can give customers more physical locations for repairs and warranty requirements.

At the same time, the Assistance App adds a digital layer to the support experience.

With both initiatives, Ai+ is positioning after-sales support as an important part of its broader customer experience in India.

The Delhi facility will provide a dedicated physical touchpoint, while the app will allow customers to manage several service requirements digitally.

Together, the initiatives mark the next stage of Ai+’s after-sales expansion across the country.
