OnePlus Pad Lite launched in India with 11-inch display, 9340mAh battery
OnePlus has launched the Pad Lite, a budget-friendly Android tablet, in India. Aimed at entertainment, education, and daily tasks, the device packs a big screen, long battery life, and quad speakers.
The Pad Lite comes in two variants. The base model with 6GB RAM and 128GB storage (Wi-Fi only) is priced at Rs 12,999. The 8GB RAM version with 128GB storage and 4G LTE support costs Rs 14,999. These prices include bank offers of up to Rs 2,000.
Buyers can purchase the tablet from August 1, 2025, through platforms like OnePlus.in, Amazon, Flipkart, and major offline retailers like Croma and Reliance Digital. It will be available in a single Aero Blue color option.
Large display with comfort features
The tablet features an 11-inch LCD display with a 16:10 aspect ratio and an 85.3% screen-to-body ratio. It supports 10-bit color and peaks at 500 nits brightness.
For longer viewing sessions, the Pad Lite offers eye comfort features such as blue light reduction and flicker control. These are helpful for both students and binge-watchers.
Enhanced sound with quad speakers
Audio is powered by a quad-speaker system that adjusts sound output based on how the tablet is held. The speakers are Hi-Res Audio certified, which makes video and music consumption more immersive.
Built for everyday performance
Inside, the Pad Lite is powered by the MediaTek Helio G100 processor and runs OxygenOS 15.0.1. OnePlus claims the tablet can stay smooth and responsive for up to three years of typical usage.
Long-lasting battery with fast charging
The tablet includes a 9340mAh battery, which OnePlus says can deliver up to 80 hours of music or 11 hours of video playback. It also supports 33W SUPERVOOC fast charging for quicker recharges.
Lightweight and practical design
With a 7.39mm thickness and 530 grams weight, the Pad Lite is easy to hold. The sandblasted finish helps improve grip and gives it a refined feel.
Features for learning and multitasking
The tablet supports Kids Mode, Google Kids Space, and parental controls—making it suitable for young learners. It also includes Open Canvas for multitasking and cross-device features like screen mirroring, clipboard sharing, and file transfers.
Positioned for students and casual users
OnePlus is targeting the Pad Lite at students, families, and casual users who want a value-for-money tablet with good multimedia support. The actual performance will be clearer once users get hands-on experience in August.
