Dell has expanded its premium laptop portfolio in India with the launch of the new XPS 13, Dell 14S, Dell 16S, and an upgraded Alienware 15 gaming laptop. The latest devices focus on AI-powered computing, OLED displays, premium designs, and next-generation Intel and AMD processors. Alongside productivity-focused laptops, Dell has also refreshed its gaming lineup with newer Intel CPUs and Nvidia RTX 5060 graphics.
The new laptops are now available through Dell’s online and offline sales channels, with select models also reaching retail stores across India.
What are the prices of the new Dell laptops in India?
The Dell XPS 13 starts at ₹79,990 and is available in Sky and Storm color options. The Dell 14S starts at ₹1,19,990, while the larger Dell 16S carries a starting price of ₹2,29,990. Both laptops are offered in Celestial Blue and Frost Blue finishes.
Meanwhile, the refreshed Alienware 15 starts at ₹1,28,990 and comes in a Nova Black color option. Dell confirmed that the complete lineup will be sold through Dell Exclusive Stores and Dell’s official online store. The Dell 14S and Alienware 15 will also be available through multi-brand retail outlets.
What does the Dell XPS 13 offer?
The new Dell XPS 13 continues the company’s premium ultrabook approach with a lightweight aluminum chassis weighing just one kilogram.
It features a 13.4-inch 2.5K InfinityEdge LCD touchscreen with up to a 120Hz variable refresh rate, 500 nits peak brightness, and full DCI-P3 color coverage for creators and professionals.
Under the hood, buyers can choose between Intel Core Series 3 processors or Intel Core Ultra Series 3 processors, paired with up to 32GB LPDDR5X RAM and integrated Intel graphics. Dell says Core Ultra Series 3 variants will arrive later.
The laptop includes Wi-Fi 7 support, Dolby Atmos-tuned quad speakers, a backlit keyboard, and a seamless glass touchpad. Depending on the configuration, users get Thunderbolt 4 or USB Type-C connectivity.
Dell claims the XPS 13 can deliver up to 17 hours of video streaming on a single charge, making it suitable for professionals working away from a power outlet.
How are the Dell 14S and Dell 16S different?
The Dell 14S and Dell 16S are designed as AI PCs with a choice of Intel Core Ultra Series 3 processors or AMD Ryzen AI 400 Series chips. Both processor families support dedicated AI acceleration, with configurations offering up to 50 TOPS NPU performance for AI-powered workloads such as image generation, productivity tools, and on-device AI features.
The biggest difference lies in the display. The Dell 14S comes with a 14-inch Full HD+ OLED display, while the Dell 16S features a larger 16-inch 2.8K OLED touchscreen. Both displays support Dolby Vision, 120Hz refresh rates, 400 nits brightness, and 100 percent DCI-P3 color coverage.
Dell also claims the Intel-powered Dell 16S delivers up to 55 percent higher graphics performance compared to the previous generation. For connectivity, both laptops include USB Type-C ports, two USB Type-A ports, HDMI 2.1, and a universal headset jack.
Each model packs a 70Wh battery with 65W USB-C charging support. Dell has also focused on sustainability by using recycled aluminum and plastics. Both laptops carry Energy Star 9.0 and EPEAT Gold certifications. The Dell 14S weighs around 1.46kg, while the larger Dell 16S weighs approximately 1.77kg.

Gamers also receive an update with the refreshed Alienware 15. The laptop now supports Intel Core 7 (Series 2) 240H processors paired with Nvidia GeForce RTX 5060 graphics, bringing stronger gaming and content creation performance.
It features a 15.3-inch WUXGA display with a 165Hz refresh rate and a 16:10 aspect ratio for smoother gameplay.
Connectivity options include USB Type-A ports, USB-C ports, HDMI 2.1, RJ45 Ethernet, a universal audio jack, and a dedicated charging connector. The Alienware 15 carries a 70Wh battery and weighs approximately 2.25kg.
