News in Short

  • Nvidia GeForce Now 4-month plans in India start at Rs. 3,499 for Performance and Rs. 6,999 for Ultimate.
  • Four-month subscriptions cost around 12% less than paying monthly for the same period.
  • Performance supports up to 1440p at 60fps, while Ultimate goes up to 5K at 360fps.
  • Phantom Blade Zero and eight other games have joined the cloud gaming library.

Nvidia has introduced four-month subscription options for GeForce Now in India. The new plans give cloud gaming users a longer-term option with a lower overall cost than monthly billing.

The Performance plan costs Rs. 3,499 for four months. The Ultimate plan costs Rs. 6,999. Nvidia’s monthly plans cost Rs. 999 and Rs. 1,999, respectively. Choosing four months upfront therefore offers around 12% savings.

GeForce Now India plans: What you get

The Performance tier supports streaming at up to 1440p and 60 frames per second. Each session can last up to six hours. It targets players who want a smoother cloud gaming experience without paying for the top tier.

Ultimate raises the ceiling to 5K resolution and up to 360fps, with sessions lasting up to eight hours. These limits depend on the game, supported display and network conditions. Both subscriptions provide access to Nvidia’s cloud gaming platform, which includes more than 4,500 games.

GeForce Now supports ready-to-play titles as well as install-to-play games. The service streams games from remote hardware, so users do not need a high-end gaming PC to run supported titles locally. A stable, fast internet connection remains important for responsive gameplay.

Phantom Blade Zero joins the game lineup

Nvidia has also added nine games to GeForce Now. The list includes Phantom Blade Zero, which arrived on October 28, alongside Atmosfar, Hunting Simulator 3, Queen’s Domain, Dimraeth, Dressmaker, The Seance of Blake Manor, Halloween and Hell Let Loose: Vietnam.

World of Warcraft: Forever is also expected to join the service on November 4, according to the reported rollout schedule.

Are the four-month plans worth it?

The new subscriptions suit players who already use GeForce Now regularly. They reduce the effective cost while keeping the same tier-specific features. However, the upfront payment is higher than a single month’s subscription, so occasional players may prefer monthly billing.

GeForce Now entered early access in India in April and launched more broadly in July with monthly subscriptions. The four-month options now add another way to pay. Read more gaming coverage on ITmatters Gaming.
