The company says the new tools are designed to simplify hiring, improve recruiter productivity, and help businesses make smarter talent decisions using AI.
The rollout also marks the commercialization of Naukri’s investments in AI and data infrastructure, as the company looks to strengthen its position in India’s rapidly evolving recruitment technology market.
AI-Rex Aims to Make Recruiters More Productive
Leading the new lineup is AI-Rex, an agentic AI platform built to automate and streamline different stages of the hiring process.
According to Naukri, AI-Rex is already being used by more than 4,000 enterprise customers and recruitment firms. The company also revealed that adoption of the platform grew 3.7 times between February and June 2026, highlighting rising demand for AI-powered recruitment tools.

According to the company, PremiumX focuses on helping employers identify both active and passive candidates, particularly professionals earning more than ₹30 lakh annually.
This allows recruiters to reach highly skilled candidates who may not be actively searching for new jobs.
