AdGraam is an AI-powered Creative Intelligence platform and studio designed to help brands create, test and improve digital advertisements. Instead of focusing only on generating content, it connects creative production with research and campaign performance.

The startup has raised ₹3 crore in a seed funding round led by Umair Mohammad, co-founder of Nitro Commerce. It plans to use the capital to expand its team, strengthen sales and marketing, and accelerate international expansion.

Founded by Ashish Verma, Saad Mohammad, Sahil Bhatnagar and Saksham, AdGraam emerged from a challenge the team experienced while scaling brands. Although digital media buying has become increasingly automated, producing advertising creatives can still require lengthy shoots, creator partnerships and multiple rounds of revisions.

How does AdGraam use AI for advertising?

AdGraam brings several stages of the advertising process into one workflow. These include competitor research, creative ideation, advertisement generation, performance analysis and subsequent improvements.

The platform aims to help brands understand which creative approaches to pursue before producing more advertisements. It also uses performance insights to guide future iterations.

This approach targets a common challenge in performance marketing. Brands need fresh creatives to test different messages, formats and visual styles, but traditional production can slow down experimentation.

AdGraam wants to reduce that gap by combining AI-generated content with creative strategy and performance data. Its objective is to help brands make more informed creative decisions while increasing the speed of production and testing.

AdGraam claims 3.7x ROAS from an AI-generated video

AdGraam says a single AI-generated video created for a footwear brand scaled to approximately ₹40 lakh in media spend and delivered around 3.7x return on ad spend (ROAS).

The result highlights the commercial potential the startup sees in connecting AI-generated creatives with advertising performance. However, ROAS measures the revenue attributed to advertising relative to its spend. It does not, by itself, establish profitability or prove that AI generation alone drove the result.

The company says it currently works with more than 40 brands across footwear, fashion and apparel, hair care and wellness, oral care, and beauty and personal care.

Its early customer base gives it an opportunity to apply the platform across different categories. Each category has distinct audiences, buying behaviour and creative requirements, making performance analysis important for future campaigns.

AdGraam follows a SaaS and managed studio model

AdGraam operates through two offerings: a software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform and a managed creative studio.

The SaaS product allows brands and agencies to research competitors, develop concepts, generate advertisements and build AI-powered workflows. It also aims to connect creative decisions with performance data.

The managed studio serves businesses that prefer an outsourced approach. Its creative strategists, editors and AI specialists use the platform to manage the process for clients.

This dual model gives the company two ways to serve customers. Brands with in-house marketing teams can use the software directly, while others can rely on AdGraam’s specialists to execute campaigns.

The startup positions itself as a cost-effective, India-built alternative to global creative technology platforms such as Higgsfield, Freepik and Pencil AI. Its ambition is to develop a product for Indian brands that can also serve international markets.

Why is creative intelligence becoming important?

India’s digital advertising market provides a growing opportunity for tools that can help brands produce and evaluate advertising content more efficiently.

The Dentsu–e4m Digital Advertising Report 2026, cited by AdGraam, projects India’s advertising industry will reach ₹1,30,416 crore in 2026 and ₹1,40,001 crore in 2027. It also reports that digital advertising expenditure grew 19% in 2025 to ₹71,621 crore.

As brands increase their use of AI, faster content generation is only one part of the opportunity. Businesses also need to determine which messages resonate with audiences and which creatives contribute to campaign goals.

That is the gap AdGraam wants to address. Its focus is not simply on generating more advertisements, but on connecting research, production and performance feedback in one process.

AdGraam plans international expansion

The new funding will support AdGraam’s team and capability expansion, sales and marketing, and international growth. The company aims to build a Made-in-India Creative Tech platform with global relevance.

Lead investor Umair Mohammad said creative strategy is becoming more important as brands compete for attention across digital platforms. He pointed to AdGraam’s combination of creative intelligence, production and performance as a key part of its approach.

The startup’s next challenge will be to demonstrate that its platform can deliver consistent results across more brands and markets. Its ability to link creative decisions with measurable business outcomes will be central to that effort.
