Samsung One UI 8 Beta Now Available to More Galaxy Devices

Galaxy S24, Z Fold6, and Z Flip6 Join the Beta

Samsung has confirmed the expansion of its One UI 8 beta program to more Galaxy models. Starting next week, Galaxy S24 series, Galaxy Z Fold6, and Galaxy Z Flip6 users in Korea, the U.S., the U.K., and India can join the beta through the Samsung Members app.

More Devices to Get Access in September

The One UI 8 beta, first launched with the Galaxy S25 series in May, will reach more devices in September. These include the Galaxy S23 series, Z Fold5, Z Flip5, A36 5G, A55 5G, A35 5G, and A54.

AI and Multimodal Capabilities

One UI 8 introduces enhanced Galaxy AI features designed for smarter, more natural interactions. The system uses multimodal capabilities to understand real-time context, providing personalized and proactive suggestions. Paired with Galaxy Buds3 or Buds3 Pro, users can trigger Google’s Gemini by voice or by pressing either earbud.

Official Rollout Timeline

The final One UI 8 release will arrive in September, starting with the Galaxy S25 series. The update will then roll out gradually to other eligible devices.

One UI 8 Watch Expansion

Samsung also confirmed that One UI 8 Watch will expand beyond the Galaxy Watch8 series later this year. The update will bring improved health features and a more refined interface to a wider range of Galaxy Watches.
