Realme has launched a Harry Potter Edition of its Realme 16 Pro 5G in India.
The limited-edition smartphone brings a Hogwarts-inspired design to the existing Realme 16 Pro 5G. However, the hardware remains unchanged from the standard model.
Instead, Realme has focused on custom styling, themed software and collectible packaging.
The Realme 16 Pro 5G Harry Potter Edition is priced at Rs 62,999 in India. It is available in a single 12GB RAM and 256GB storage configuration.
Realme 16 Pro Harry Potter Edition Price and Availability
The Realme 16 Pro 5G Harry Potter Edition costs Rs 62,999.
It comes in a single Magic Brown colour option. Customers can purchase the phone through Flipkart and Realme’s retail stores across India.
The phone also arrives in special collectible packaging.
The Hogwarts-themed gifting box includes a Hogwarts acceptance letter and a train ticket. It also includes bookmarks featuring Hogwarts Crests, character postcards and a phone case.
The package further gets a phone pin and other Harry Potter-themed details, making it different from the standard Realme 16 Pro 5G.
Hogwarts-Inspired Design Takes Centre Stage
The biggest change comes in the phone’s design.
The Realme 16 Pro 5G Harry Potter Edition features a brown leather-style finish. Its rear panel gets an argyle texture inspired by Wizard’s Chess.
A Hogwarts Crest sits prominently in the centre of the rear panel. The Harry Potter wordmark also appears on the back.
Realme has also redesigned the camera island. Its styling takes inspiration from Hedwig, with the camera lenses resembling the owl’s eyes.
This gives the phone a distinct look compared with the regular Realme 16 Pro 5G.
Custom Harry Potter UI Adds More Details
The Harry Potter theme continues into the software.
Users get a custom interface with crest-shaped 3D embossed icons.
The Theme Store icon takes inspiration from the Sorting Hat. Meanwhile, the Calculator app uses a Platform Nine and Three-Quarters symbol.
Realme has also added Hogwarts-themed wallpapers.
These software changes complement the physical design and extend the Harry Potter theme beyond the phone’s exterior.
200MP Camera and Dimensity 7300 Max Chipset
The hardware remains the same as the standard Realme 16 Pro 5G.
The phone features a 6.78-inch display with a 1,272 x 2,772-pixel resolution. The panel supports a 144Hz refresh rate and up to 1,400 nits of peak brightness.
Under the hood, the phone runs on the 4nm MediaTek Dimensity 7300 Max 5G chipset.
It is paired with an Arm Mali G615 GPU.
For photography, the Realme 16 Pro 5G Harry Potter Edition gets a 200MP primary rear camera. The main sensor has an f/1.8 aperture and is paired with an 8MP ultrawide camera.
A 50MP selfie camera handles selfies and video calls.
The phone also carries IP66, IP68, IP69 and IP69K ratings for dust and water resistance.

The Realme 16 Pro 5G Harry Potter Edition packs a 7,000mAh Titan battery.
It supports 80W wired fast charging.
For connectivity, the phone supports 5G and 4G LTE networks. It also gets Wi-Fi 6, Bluetooth 5.4 and a USB Type-C port.
The large battery and fast charging support remain among the major hardware features of the standard Realme 16 Pro 5G.

The Realme 16 Pro 5G Harry Potter Edition is essentially a themed version of the existing smartphone.
Realme has kept the display, processor, cameras, battery and connectivity features unchanged. The major differences come through the exterior design, software and packaging.
At Rs 62,999, the limited edition adds a Hogwarts-inspired experience to the Realme 16 Pro 5G while retaining its existing hardware.
