Plaud has entered the Indian market with two AI-powered note-taking devices designed to record conversations and meetings and turn them into transcripts, summaries and searchable content. The company has launched the Plaud Note Pro and Plaud NotePin S, marking its first product launch in India.
Both devices combine dedicated recording hardware with Plaud Intelligence, the company’s software framework for AI-powered note-taking. They also support more than 112 languages, including several Indian languages.
Plaud Note Pro, NotePin S Price in India
The Plaud Note Pro is priced at Rs. 20,990 in India. The flagship device comes in Black and Silver finishes.
The Plaud NotePin S costs Rs. 19,990 and comes in Black, Silver and Purple finishes. It offers 64GB of internal storage.
Both devices and their accessories are available through Amazon, Blinkit and Plaud’s official website.
Plaud Note Pro Features
The Plaud Note Pro takes a credit-card-sized approach to AI note-taking. It measures just 2.99mm in thickness and weighs 30g. Users can place it inside the included magnetic sleeve and attach it to the back of an iOS or Android smartphone.
Unlike a conventional voice recorder, the Note Pro includes a colour display that shows notifications related to recording. It also features four microphones and noise-filtering technology to help capture clearer audio.
A physical button lets users control recording, while the device connects through Bluetooth and Wi-Fi. It packs a 500mAh battery and comes with a magnetic case and magnetic ring in the box.
Plaud NotePin S Features
For users who want a more wearable option, the Plaud NotePin S takes a different approach. Users can wear it as a necklace, clip, wristband or pin, with the box including a magnetic pin, wristband, clip and lanyard.
The NotePin S does not have a display. Instead, an LED indicator shows the recording status. A dedicated button lets users start, pause or resume recording.
The wearable measures 51 x 21 x 11mm and weighs 17.4g. It packs a 320mAh battery and supports Bluetooth and Wi-Fi connectivity.
Plaud Devices Support Indian Languages
One of the key features for the Indian market is the language support. Both devices support more than 112 languages, including Hindi, Tamil, Punjabi, Telugu, Bengali, Kannada, Assamese, Gujarati and Malayalam.
Once users record a conversation or meeting, they can access the recordings through the Plaud mobile app, desktop app or web app. Plaud Intelligence then helps convert the recordings into transcripts, summaries and searchable content.
The company also says both devices comply with ISO 27001/27701, GDPR, SOC 2, HIPAA and EN 18031 standards.
