Itel has launched the Ace 3 Heera in India, expanding its feature phone portfolio with an affordable device priced at just Rs. 949. The new handset comes with a 1.8-inch display, a 1,000mAh battery and a USB Type-C charging port, a feature that remains uncommon in this price segment.
The feature phone also offers Bluetooth connectivity, automatic call recording, wireless FM radio and Itel’s King Talker voice assistant with support for multiple Indian languages.
Price and availability
The Itel Ace 3 Heera is priced at Rs. 949 in India. It is available in Black, Blue and Purple colour options through retail stores across the country.
Additionally, Itel is offering a one-year counter replacement warranty against manufacturing defects. The Ace 3 Heera succeeds the Itel Ace 2 Heera.
USB Type-C and long battery life
One of the biggest highlights of the Ace 3 Heera is its USB Type-C charging port. While most feature phones in this segment still rely on Micro-USB, Itel has adopted the newer charging standard for added convenience.
The phone packs a 1,000mAh battery with an AI-powered battery management system. According to the company, it can deliver up to 9.64 hours of talk time and up to 177 hours of standby time on a single charge.
Itel has also included a Super Battery Mode to extend usage when the battery runs low.
Everyday features for basic users
The Ace 3 Heera sports a 1.8-inch display and supports Bluetooth connectivity. It also includes automatic call recording, wireless FM radio with recording functionality and speed dial support.
Users can expand storage by up to 32GB using a microSD card. The phone can store up to 500 contacts with icons and up to 250 text messages.
King Talker voice assistant
Itel has equipped the feature phone with its King Talker voice assistant, which supports both English and Hindi. The phone also supports up to 10 regional languages, making it more accessible for users across different parts of India.
