Tipster Digital Chat Station claims the phone may feature a 120Hz OLED screen and Apple’s next-generation A20 processor. The handset could also cost more than its predecessor, although the reported increase remains unknown.
iPhone 18 specifications tipped ahead of launch
According to Digital Chat Station on Weibo, the iPhone 18 may launch alongside the iPhone 18e and iPhone Air 2 in the first half of 2027. Apple is reportedly planning to begin production of the standard model in November. The company has not confirmed these details.
The rumoured phone could feature a 6.3-inch OLED display with 1.5K resolution and a 120Hz refresh rate. It may retain the standard Dynamic Island design. Under the hood, the device is tipped to use the A20 chipset, reportedly manufactured using a 2nm process.
48-megapixel cameras and possible memory upgrade
Other leaked details include Face ID, a dual rear camera setup with 48-megapixel sensors and a larger battery. These specifications remain unconfirmed, so the final hardware could differ.
