Oppo has launched two new smartphones in its F series in India. The Oppo F35 Pro 5G and Oppo F35 5G mark 10 years of the company’s F series in the country.

The two smartphones share several features, including a 50-megapixel selfie camera and an 8,000mAh battery with 80W wired fast charging.

However, the Pro model gets a larger and sharper display, a more powerful chipset and a more capable camera setup.

The Oppo F35 5G starts at ₹38,999, while the Oppo F35 Pro 5G starts at ₹45,999.

Oppo F35 Pro 5G price and specifications

The Oppo F35 Pro 5G starts at ₹45,999 for the 6GB RAM and 128GB storage variant.

The 8GB + 128GB model costs ₹49,999. The top-end 8GB + 256GB variant is priced at ₹54,999.

The phone features a 6.78-inch 1.5K AMOLED display with a 1,272 x 2,772-pixel resolution. It supports a 144Hz refresh rate, up to 4,000Hz instantaneous touch sampling and up to 1,800 nits of HBM brightness.

The panel also offers 100 percent DCI-P3 coverage and supports 1.07 billion colours.

The smartphone is powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 7360 Max chipset. It comes with LPDDR4X RAM and UFS 3.1 storage.

Oppo F35 5G brings a 120Hz AMOLED display

The standard Oppo F35 5G starts at ₹38,999 for the 6GB + 128GB variant.

The 8GB + 128GB version costs ₹42,999.

It features a 6.57-inch Full-HD+ AMOLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate. The panel offers 100 percent DCI-P3 colour coverage and up to 1,400 nits of brightness.

The phone is powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 6360 Max chipset. It comes with LPDDR4X RAM and UFS 2.2 storage.

Both smartphones run ColorOS 16.5 based on Android 16.

50MP selfie cameras headline the F35 series

The camera setup is one of the common highlights across the two phones.

Both models feature a 50-megapixel front camera with an f/2.0 aperture. The camera offers a 100-degree field of view for selfies and video calls.

At the rear, both smartphones feature a 50MP primary camera with autofocus.

The Pro model gets a more versatile setup. It adds an 8MP ultrawide camera with a 116-degree field of view.

It also gets dual-axis optical image stabilisation on the primary camera.

The standard Oppo F35 5G instead uses a 2MP monochrome camera alongside its primary sensor.

For video, the Pro model can record up to 4K at 30fps. The standard model supports video recording up to 2.5K.

Both phones pack an 8,000mAh battery

Battery capacity is another major highlight of the F35 series.

Both phones pack an 8,000mAh battery with support for 80W wired fast charging.

The large battery gives the phones a strong focus on endurance, while the 80W charging support is aimed at reducing charging time.

Both models also support 5G and 4G LTE connectivity. Other connectivity options include Wi-Fi 6, Bluetooth 5.4 and a USB Type-C port.

They also feature an in-display fingerprint sensor and face unlock.

Oppo F35 series gets high durability ratings

Oppo has given both F35 models multiple durability certifications.

The phones carry IP66, IP68, IP69 and IP69K ratings for dust and water resistance.

The standard Oppo F35 5G measures 159.1 x 75.8 x 8.8mm and weighs around 205 grams.

The Pro model measures 162.6 x 77.6 x 8.4mm and weighs around 210 grams.

The Oppo F35 5G is priced at ₹38,999 for 6GB + 128GB and ₹42,999 for 8GB + 128GB.

The Oppo F35 Pro 5G costs ₹45,999 for 6GB + 128GB, ₹49,999 for 8GB + 128GB and ₹54,999 for 8GB + 256GB.

Oppo is offering a 10 percent instant bank discount and a 10 percent exchange bonus to customers.

The smartphones will go on sale in India later this month through Flipkart, Amazon and the Oppo online store.

The Oppo F35 Pro 5G comes in Sunset Orange, Twilight Brown and Wave Blue. The F35 5G is available in Mist Pink, Titanium Grey and Wave Blue.
