Realme has quietly expanded its P4 lineup with the launch of the Realme P4s Lite in India. The new smartphone focuses on battery capacity and a high refresh-rate display.
The Realme P4s Lite starts at ₹16,499 for the 4GB RAM and 64GB storage variant. The 4GB + 128GB version costs ₹18,499.
The smartphone is scheduled to go on sale in India from October 8. It comes in Nebula Black and Moonlight Silver colour options.
Unlike the Realme P4s 5G, the new Lite model is a 4G-only smartphone. This makes its large battery and display the main highlights of the new device.
7,000mAh battery is the biggest highlight
The Realme P4s Lite packs a 7,000mAh battery, making it one of the phone’s biggest selling points.
The battery supports 15W wired charging and 15W USB Power Delivery. The phone also supports wired reverse charging for compatible devices.
Realme claims the battery can maintain its health for up to six years. The company also claims a 36-month fluency guarantee for the device.
Despite the large battery, the phone weighs around 215 grams and measures 9mm thick. Gadgets 360
120Hz display with HD+ resolution
The smartphone features a 6.75-inch HD+ LCD display with a 1570×720-pixel resolution.
It supports a 120Hz refresh rate and up to 240Hz touch sampling. Realme also claims up to 900 nits of brightness in high-brightness mode.
The display uses Panda MN228 glass for protection.
The high refresh rate should make scrolling and compatible animations feel smoother. However, the HD+ resolution keeps the display below the sharper panels found on some competing smartphones at this price.
Unisoc T7250 powers the phone
Under the hood, the Realme P4s Lite is powered by the Unisoc T7250 chipset.
It comes with 4GB of LPDDR4X RAM and up to 128GB of UFS 2.2 storage. Users can also expand storage through a microSD card.
The phone supports Google Gemini, although the supplied launch information does not specify the Android version. Current third-party specifications list Android 16, but Realme’s listed specifications should be treated as the primary source for the launch details. Gadgets 360
13MP camera and 4G connectivity
For photography, the Realme P4s Lite gets a 13MP rear camera with autofocus. The rear camera supports video recording at up to 1080p and 30fps. For selfies and video calls, there is a 5MP front camera.
The phone does not support 5G or NFC. Connectivity options include Wi-Fi 5, Bluetooth 5.2 and GPS. It also features a USB Type-C port and retains a 3.5mm headphone jack.
For security, the phone gets a side-mounted fingerprint sensor and face unlock. It also carries an IP64 rating for dust and water resistance.
Realme P4s Lite price and availability
The Realme P4s Lite is priced at ₹16,499 for the 4GB + 64GB variant. The 4GB + 128GB version costs ₹18,499.
The phone will go on sale in India from October 8. It will be available in Nebula Black and Moonlight Silver.
The Realme P4s Lite is positioned around two clear priorities: a large battery and a smoother 120Hz display. However, buyers will need to weigh those features against the 4G-only connectivity, 15W charging and entry-level camera setup.
