HAMMER has expanded its portable audio lineup with the launch of the Wave 2 Bluetooth speaker in India. The new speaker targets users who want louder audio and party-focused features without carrying a large speaker system.

Priced at an introductory Rs. 1,299, the Wave 2 combines 20W RMS audio with RGB lighting, Bluetooth 6.0 and TWS support. It is available in a Black finish.

20W RMS Audio With Dual Drivers

The HAMMER Wave 2 uses dual 66mm dynamic drivers and delivers up to 20W RMS audio output. The company says the setup is designed to produce room-filling sound with deeper bass and clear audio.

The speaker is positioned for different types of use, including music, movies and gaming. Its portable design also makes it suitable for outdoor use.

Dynamic RGB Lighting Adds a Party Element

Audio is not the only focus of the Wave 2. The speaker features ambient breathing RGB LED lighting that changes with the music.

This gives the speaker a more party-oriented look, particularly when used indoors or during gatherings. Users can therefore get both audio and dynamic lighting from the same compact device.

Bluetooth 6.0 and TWS Pairing

The Wave 2 supports Bluetooth 6.0 for wireless connectivity. HAMMER says the newer Bluetooth standard enables faster pairing, stable connections and better power efficiency.

The speaker also supports TWS pairing. Users can connect two Wave 2 units to create a stereo setup and expand the soundstage. This could be useful for larger rooms or parties where one speaker may not provide enough coverage.

TF Card and FM Support

The Wave 2 also works without relying entirely on Bluetooth streaming.

It includes TF card support, allowing users to play MP3 music directly from a memory card. The speaker also has a built-in FM player, giving users another way to listen to audio without connecting a smartphone.

Up to 6 Hours of Playback

A 2,000mAh battery powers the Wave 2. HAMMER claims up to 6 hours of continuous music playback on a full charge.

For charging, the speaker uses a USB Type-C port, making it easier to recharge with commonly available cables and adapters.

Portable Design

The Wave 2 comes with a fabric-finished enclosure that gives it a more premium appearance while keeping the speaker portable.

The design is intended for both indoor and outdoor use, making it suitable for casual listening at home as well as small gatherings and parties.

The HAMMER Wave 2 20W RMS TWS RGB Portable Bluetooth 6.0 Speaker is priced at an introductory Rs. 1,299 in India.

It is available in Black through HammerOnline.in, Amazon, Flipkart, Blinkit and Swiggy.

At this price, the Wave 2 combines several features usually associated with party-focused portable speakers, including 20W RMS output, RGB lighting and TWS pairing. Its TF card and FM support also make it more versatile for users who do not always want to stream music from a phone.
