India’s smartphone market has a new battery-focused contender. The Redmi Turbo 5 has officially launched in India, bringing a large 7,540mAh battery, MediaTek Dimensity 8500 Ultra processor, and a high-refresh-rate AMOLED display. The Redmi Turbo 5 marks the debut of Redmi’s Turbo series in the country and targets users looking for long battery life, flagship-style performance, and fast charging in a single package.

Redmi has launched the smartphone at a starting price of Rs. 37,999 for the 8GB RAM and 256GB storage variant. The higher-end model with 12GB RAM and 256GB storage is priced at Rs. 40,999.
