Vivo X300 Ultra Will Have Flat Panel Design, Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 & 7,000mAh Battery

Vivo X300 Ultra Details Leak Ahead of Launch

The Vivo X300 Ultra is slowly taking shape ahead of its expected launch early next year. Fresh leaks now reveal display and design details of Vivo’s upcoming flagship smartphone.

According to a Weibo post by trusted tipster Digital Chat Station, the Vivo X300 Ultra may feature a 6.82-inch flat LTPO display sourced from BOE. The screen is tipped to offer 2K resolution, which places it firmly in the ultra-premium category.

In addition, the phone is said to adopt a narrow-edge design, making the front look cleaner and more immersive. A right-angle metal mid-frame could also return, hinting at a sturdy and premium build.

Familiar Camera Design, But a Notable Change

On the design front, Vivo appears to be sticking with what worked earlier. The Vivo X300 Ultra is expected to retain the large circular camera island, similar to the Vivo X200 Ultra. This design has become a signature for Vivo’s Ultra lineup.

However, one major change stands out. The upcoming model is tipped to miss out on the dedicated camera button. Vivo introduced this button with the X200 Ultra in 2024. It supported sliding gestures and helped users control camera settings in landscape mode.

If this leak is accurate, Vivo may be simplifying the design this time.

Global Model Spotted Ahead of Launch

The global variant of the Vivo X300 Ultra has also appeared on the EEC database, suggesting a possible European launch. While the listing does not reveal specifications, it strongly hints at wider availability beyond China.

This move could signal Vivo’s growing focus on global flagship markets.

Expected Specifications So Far

Based on earlier reports, the Vivo X300 Ultra may come with a 120Hz refresh rate and high-frequency PWM dimming for eye comfort.

On the camera side, the phone is tipped to feature a triple rear setup, including two 200-megapixel sensors and a 50-megapixel ultra-wide camera.

Powering the device could be the Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 chipset. The phone may also pack a 7,000mAh battery and ship with a third-generation 3D ultrasonic fingerprint sensor.

More details are expected to surface closer to launch.
