The Vivo X300 Series has arrived in India with a complete software refresh. The company has finally moved beyond FuntouchOS. Instead, it now ships the new OriginOS 6, built on Android 16. The skin introduces Origin Island, notification stacking, and smooth flip cards. Moreover, Vivo promises five OS updates and seven years of security patches, which adds long-term value.

Flagship Power With Dimensity 9500

Both phones run on the MediaTek Dimensity 9500 chipset. They also offer up to 16GB LPDDRx Ultra RAM and 512GB UFS 4.1 storage, making the X300 Series strong performance-focused devices. Additionally, the phones carry IP68 and IP69 ratings, improving durability.

Vivo X300 Pro Packs Big Cameras and Bigger Battery

The Vivo X300 Pro features a 6.78-inch LTPO AMOLED panel with up to 120Hz adaptive refresh rate and 4,500 nits brightness. Dolby Vision enhances visuals further.

The Pro model uses ZEISS-tuned lenses, including a 50MP main camera, 50MP ultrawide lens, and a 200MP periscope telephoto with 3.7x optical zoom. A 50MP front camera handles selfies. Vivo also offers a 2.35x telephoto extender lens as an optional accessory.

A large 6,510mAh battery powers the phone, and the box includes a 90W fast charger. It also supports 40W wireless charging.

Vivo X300 Pro comes in a single 16GB/512GB option and appears in Dune Gold and Elite Black colours. The India price is ₹1,09,999.

Vivo X300 Offers a Compact Display With the Same Fast Charging

The regular Vivo X300 uses a 6.31-inch AMOLED display with 120Hz refresh rate and 4,500 nits brightness. It shares the same 90W fast charging and 40W wireless charging support while packing a 6,040mAh battery.

The camera setup includes a 200MP ZEISS-tuned main sensor, a 50MP ultrawide camera, and a 50MP telephoto lens, along with a 50MP front camera.

Vivo offers the X300 in Elite Black, Mist Blue, and Summit Red. Prices begin at ₹75,999 for the 12GB/256GB model, rising to ₹85,999 for the 16GB/512GB variant.
