Realme GT 8 Pro India Launch Confirmed

Realme has officially announced the India launch date for its next flagship, the Realme GT 8 Pro. The smartphone will debut on November 20, 2025, marking the start of a new partnership between Realme and Ricoh Imaging.

Ricoh GR Camera Comes to Realme Phones

The Realme GT 8 Pro will be the first smartphone to feature the Ricoh GR-powered camera system. It will include two focal lengths — 28mm and 40mm — along with five Ricoh GR tones. This collaboration aims to bring professional-level photography to mobile users.

Customizable Camera Bump Design

Realme is introducing a unique switchable camera bump that users can detach and replace. The design allows users to choose from round, square, or robot-themed modules. Once selected, the cover clicks securely into place, making the lens cover an interchangeable aesthetic feature.

Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 and Realme UI 7.0

Under the hood, the Realme GT 8 Pro will run on Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 chipset. It is expected to offer up to 16GB RAM and 512GB storage. The phone will also be the first to ship with Realme UI 7.0 based on Android 16, providing an improved user experience.

Bright 2K Display and Massive Battery

The upcoming GT 8 Pro will feature a 2K display with an impressive 7,000 nits peak brightness. Powering the phone is a 7,000mAh battery that supports 120W SuperVOOC fast charging and 50W wireless charging.

Sustainable Design and Colour Options

Realme has also focused on sustainability. The GT 8 Pro comes with a paper-like leather back panel made from recycled plastics and textiles. It will be available in Diary White and Urban Blue colours.
