Poco M7 Plus 5G Launched in India With 7,000mAh Battery

Poco has launched the Poco M7 Plus 5G in India, priced at ₹13,999 for the 6GB + 128GB model. The 8GB + 256GB variant costs ₹14,999. Sales begin on August 19 via Flipkart. Customers can get an instant ₹1,000 bank discount or an additional ₹1,000 exchange bonus.

Display and Design

The Poco M7 Plus 5G features a 6.9-inch Full-HD+ display with a 144Hz refresh rate and 288Hz touch sampling. It reaches up to 850 nits peak brightness. The screen has triple TÜV Rheinland certifications for low blue light, flicker-free performance, and circadian-friendly lighting.

Performance and Software

Powered by the Snapdragon 6s Gen 3 chipset, the phone comes with up to 8GB LPDDR4x RAM. Users can expand RAM virtually to 16GB. It offers up to 256GB UFS 2.2 storage and runs Android 15-based HyperOS 2.0. Poco promises two years of OS upgrades and four years of security updates.

Camera Setup

The handset sports a 50-megapixel main rear camera and a secondary lens. On the front, it carries an 8-megapixel selfie camera. Both cameras support 1080p video recording at 30fps.

The standout feature is its 7,000mAh silicon-carbon battery. It supports 33W fast charging and 18W reverse wired charging, letting it power other devices.
