Oppo Find X9 series unveiled globally
Oppo has officially launched the Find X9 and Find X9 Pro at an event in Barcelona. The flagship phones mark a major upgrade in design, performance, and battery life. The company confirmed that both devices will arrive in India in November, and local assembly will help reduce prices.
Global prices and colour variants
The Oppo Find X9 starts at EUR 999 (around ₹1,02,800), while the Find X9 Pro is priced at EUR 1,299 (about ₹1,33,600). The Indian prices are expected to be lower due to local manufacturing.
The Pro variant comes in Silk White and Titanium Charcoal, while the regular Find X9 will be available in Space Black, Titanium Grey, and Velvet Red.
Powerful Dimensity 9500 chip inside
Both phones run on the MediaTek Dimensity 9500, the company’s most advanced processor yet. Oppo claims it offers 32% faster CPU performance and 33% stronger graphics than before.
Additionally, the new AI NPU brings a 111% performance boost while consuming up to 55% less power, ensuring smoother multitasking and better energy efficiency.
Display upgrades and new fingerprint tech
The Oppo Find X9 series features 120Hz OLED panels with peak brightness up to 3,600 nits. The screens can dim down to 1 nit for comfortable viewing in low light.
Oppo has also replaced the older optical fingerprint reader with a secure ultrasonic sensor, enhancing speed and accuracy.
Massive battery with faster charging
Battery capacity has seen a major jump this year. The Find X9 packs a 7,025mAh battery, supporting 80W wired and 50W wireless charging.
Meanwhile, the Find X9 Pro includes a 7,500mAh battery with 90W wired and 50W wireless support. Oppo says the batteries will retain 80% health after five years of daily use, making them some of the most durable in the flagship category.
Durability and design improvements
Oppo has improved durability by giving both models IP66, IP68, and IP69 ratings. This means the phones can withstand dust, submersion, and even high-pressure water jets — a rare feature among premium smartphones.
The design continues with slim, flat edges for a premium feel.
Hasselblad camera power on the Find X9 Pro
The Find X9 Pro leads on camera performance with a 50MP Sony LYT-828 main sensor and a 200MP Hasselblad telephoto lens. It supports 4K 120fps video and features Prism Hybrid OIS for sharper zoom shots.
Oppo continues its collaboration with Hasselblad for advanced color tuning and pro-grade imaging tools.
The standard Find X9 uses a 50MP triple-camera setup, offering solid performance for everyday photography.
India launch details
Oppo has confirmed that the Find X9 series will debut in India this November. While the exact date is not official yet, leaks suggest November 26 as the likely launch day.
Both models will be assembled in India, which should make them more affordable than their European versions.
