Get Ready Gamers: Lenovo Brings a Legion Pro Rollable Laptop in 2026

Key Highlights:

  • Built on Lenovo’s earlier rollable tech
  • Legion Pro Rollable has horizontally expanding display
  • 21:9 ultrawide aspect ratio for gaming
  • Powered by Intel Core Ultra processors
  • Expected debut at CES 2026

Get ready gamers, because Lenovo is bringing something bold. The company is preparing to launch the Lenovo Legion Pro Rollable, a gaming laptop that expands horizontally to create an ultrawide 21:9 display, as per a report. The launch is expected early next year, likely at CES 2026, and the excitement is already building.

A True Rollable Experience for Gamers

This is Lenovo’s second attempt at a rollable laptop after the ThinkBook Plus Gen 6 Rollable. However, the Legion Pro Rollable takes a different approach. It uses a flexible display stored inside the left and right edges of the screen. When expanded, motors pull out the rolled sections to create a wider and seamless gaming view.

The design remains practical. Lenovo’s promo materials show visible bezels at both ends. These bezels protect the panel edges, which are sensitive on rollable screens.

Built on Proven Rollable Tech

Lenovo already solved many engineering problems with its earlier rollable system. The ThinkBook model carried a motorized spindle, flexible POLED panel, and safety firmware. Those features are expected to evolve further in the Legion Pro Rollable.

Gaming laptops offer thicker frames, giving Lenovo more space for the motors and tension system. That allows the company to fit a wider horizontal mechanism without making the lid feel bulky.

Powered by Intel and Ready for AI

The Lenovo Legion Pro Rollable will ship with Intel Core Ultra processors. The chipset supports AI-driven workloads, which aligns with Lenovo’s own AI features. Even the presence of a Copilot key confirms Windows 11 and its growing AI integration.

Specs Still Under Wraps

Some details remain unknown. Lenovo has not confirmed the display size. It may expand from a 14-inch base or something larger. The refresh rate should be at least 120 Hz, since Lenovo already offers that on its business rollable laptop. More information should surface as CES gets closer.

A New Era of Portable Ultrawide Gaming

The Legion Pro Rollable aims at gamers, creators, and users who want an ultrawide experience without carrying a massive screen. The ability to expand only when needed makes this laptop unique. With Lenovo’s earlier success in rollables, expectations are high for this next step.
