Dyson unveiled the PencilVac in Berlin, calling it the world’s slimmest vacuum cleaner at just 38mm in diameter. The PencilVac runs on a Hyperdymium 140k motor and connects with the MyDyson app. It uses a linear dust separation system to compress debris, making its 0.08L bin hold five times more dust. The syringe-style ejection empties dirt directly into the bin without mess.

The cleaner head features four fluffy brush bar cones with dual drive motors, designed to self-remove tangled hair or threads.

Upgrades to Dyson’s Vacuum Lineup

Dyson also upgraded its V8 Cyclone with 30% more suction power and 50% longer runtime. It now comes with a triggerless power button offering Eco, Medium, and Boost modes.

The company introduced the Dyson V16 Piston Animal, powered by a Hyperdymium 900W motor. It automatically adjusts suction and brush bar speed for different floor types. Its conical brush bars eject long hair straight into the bin, solving common cleaning issues.

A new wet roller head features a motorised microfibre roller with hydration control, allowing users to switch between dry and wet cleaning without bending down.

Spot+Scrub: AI-powered Robot Vacuum

Dyson revealed the Spot+Scrub, an AI robot vacuum cleaner for both wet and dry floors. It uses AI stain detection with before-and-after image processing to verify cleaning. The system repeatedly tackles stains until removal is confirmed.

Spot+Scrub recognises nearly 200 objects like cables and socks with the help of an AI-powered camera, green LED illumination, and advanced navigation. Its 12-point hydration system ensures efficient wet cleaning. The robot also empties itself into a cyclonic, bagless dock.

The MyDyson app lets users track cleaning maps, request targeted cleans, and monitor performance.

Dyson Cool CF1 Bladeless Fan Returns

Dyson also relaunched its bladeless fan with new features. The Dyson Cool CF1 includes an LCD screen, Sleep mode, energy-efficient performance, and enhanced oscillation. App control via MyDyson adds more flexibility for users.
