CMF Headphone Pro Launched
Nothing’s sub-brand CMF, which is set to operate independently soon, has introduced its first overhead headphones. The new CMF Headphone Pro combines long-lasting battery life with advanced audio features, aiming to make premium sound more accessible.
Tactile Controls for Easy Use
The CMF Headphone Pro stands out with tactile controls. The Energy Slider allows users to adjust bass and treble. The Roller manages volume, music playback, and activates active noise cancellation (ANC) with a long press. Users can also reprogram buttons through the Nothing X app for a personalised experience.
Hi-Res Audio with Adaptive ANC
The headphones feature a 40mm custom dynamic driver and support LDAC and Hi-Res audio. For noise management, CMF claims up to 40dB adaptive ANC, along with environmental noise cancellation (ENC) and Transparency Mode. These features aim to deliver clear audio in noisy surroundings and natural awareness when needed.
Battery Life That Lasts Days
CMF is promoting battery performance as a major highlight. The Headphone Pro offers up to 100 hours of playback without ANC. With ANC on, users still get up to 50 hours. A 5-minute charge provides 5 hours of listening, making it ideal for travel and daily use.
Seamless Connectivity Across Platforms
The CMF Headphone Pro works with Bluetooth 5.4. It supports Google Fast Pair for Android, Microsoft Swift Pair for Windows, and is compatible with iOS. With the Nothing X app, users can fine-tune settings and controls to match their preferences.
Built for Everyday Use
The Headphone Pro has IPX2 water resistance, making it splash-proof for daily wear. It will be available in Dark Grey, Light Grey, and Light Green finishes. While the India price has not yet been revealed, the headphones are on sale in the UK for £79.
