Motorola has officially unveiled the Motorola Signature at CES 2026, introducing a new flagship lineup aimed at the ultra-premium segment. The Signature phone becomes the first device under Motorola’s newly announced Signature series and signals a shift toward long-term software support and luxury-focused design.

The company positions the Motorola Signature as its most refined smartphone yet, combining high-end hardware with a commitment to extended Android updates.

Motorola Signature Design and Display Details

The Motorola Signature features a contoured design paired with an aircraft-grade aluminium frame. The back panel uses a twill linen-inspired texture, giving the phone a distinctive premium finish.

On the front, the device sports a 6.8-inch LTPO AMOLED display with Super HD resolution. The panel supports a 165Hz refresh rate, 360Hz touch sampling, and peak brightness of up to 6,200 nits. Motorola has also ensured Pantone validation for accurate colours and skin tones. Gorilla Glass Victus 2 protects the screen.

Snapdragon 8 Gen 5 Powers the Motorola Signature

At its core, the Motorola Signature runs on Qualcomm’s latest Snapdragon 8 Gen 5 chipset. The processor pairs with 16GB LPDDR5X RAM and 512GB UFS 4.1 storage, positioning it firmly in the flagship category.

The phone runs Android 16-based Hello UI. Motorola has confirmed seven Android OS upgrades and seven years of security updates, marking its longest software support policy to date.

Sony LYTIA Cameras Take Center Stage

Photography remains a major focus for the Motorola Signature. The phone features a triple rear camera system, led by a 50-megapixel Sony LYTIA 828 primary sensor. It also includes a 50-megapixel ultra-wide lens and a 50-megapixel periscope telephoto camera with 3x optical zoom.

On the front, Motorola adds a 50-megapixel Sony LYTIA 500 sensor for selfies and video calls. A multispectral light sensor further supports colour accuracy.

Battery, Charging, and Connectivity

The phone packs a 5,200mAh silicon-carbon battery. It supports 90W wired charging, 50W wireless charging, and reverse charging options. Motorola claims up to 52 hours of battery life.

Connectivity options include Wi-Fi 7, Bluetooth 6, 5G, NFC, and USB Type-C. The phone carries IP68 and IP69 ratings along with MIL-STD-810H certification.

Motorola Signature Price and Availability

The company has priced the Signature at EUR 899.99 for the single 12GB RAM and 512GB storage variant. It will launch across select markets in Asia-Pacific, the Middle East, Africa, and Latin America.
