Samsung has raised the bar at CES 2026 with the launch of its first-ever 130-inch Micro RGB television. This new display, called the Samsung R95H, is now the company’s largest Micro RGB TV to date. With this launch, Samsung clearly signals its ambition to dominate the ultra-premium home entertainment space.
At first glance, the TV stands out because of its sheer size. However, the design is just as important. Samsung positions this display as more than a screen. Instead, it is meant to look like a permanent architectural element inside a room.
A Gallery-Style Frame That Redefines TV Design
Samsung introduces a redesigned Timeless Frame with the R95H. The rigid, window-like frame gives the TV a gallery-inspired appearance. As a result, the screen feels embedded into the space rather than mounted like a traditional television.
According to Samsung, this design helps visually extend the room. At the same time, it turns the TV into a statement piece even when it is not in use.
Micro RGB Brings Full BT.2020 Colour Coverage
The Samsung R95H uses Micro RGB Precision Colour 100 technology. This enables the display to deliver 100 percent coverage of the BT.2020 colour gamut. As a result, colours appear more accurate, vibrant, and closer to real life.
The panel has also received certification from the Verband der Elektrotechnik for precise Micro RGB colour reproduction. Additionally, Samsung includes a glare-free coating. This helps reduce reflections and maintain contrast in bright rooms.
AI-Powered Picture Enhancements Take Center Stage
On the hardware side, the TV runs on Samsung’s Micro RGB AI Engine Pro. This system works alongside Micro RGB Colour Booster Pro and Micro RGB HDR Pro. Together, they use AI processing to improve brightness, contrast, and detail across different scenes.
The TV also supports HDR10+ Advanced, a new version of Samsung’s HDR standard rolling out across its 2026 lineup.
Eclipsa Audio and Vision AI Companion Add Smart Touches
Sound is handled by Eclipsa Audio, with speakers built directly into the frame. Samsung says this approach keeps audio aligned with on-screen action, making the experience feel more immersive.
On the software side, the TV features the updated Vision AI Companion. It enables conversational search, smart recommendations, and AI tools like Live Translate, AI Sound Controller Pro, Generative Wallpaper, Microsoft Copilot, and Perplexity. Availability may vary by region and model.
Samsung will showcase the 130-inch Micro RGB TV at CES 2026 in Las Vegas. Pricing and availability details remain undisclosed.
