New Budget Addition to Redmi Note 14 Lineup
Xiaomi has launched the Redmi Note 14 SE 5G in India at ₹14,999. This new addition expands the Redmi Note 14 series, which already includes the Note 14 Pro+ 5G, Note 14 Pro 5G, and Note 14 5G. The SE variant aims at budget-conscious users who want strong specs under ₹15,000.
The Redmi Note 14 SE 5G will be available in Crimson Art colour with 6 GB RAM and 128 GB storage. Sales begin August 7 on Mi.com, Flipkart, and at Xiaomi’s retail and partner stores.
6.67-inch AMOLED with 120 Hz Refresh Rate
The phone features a 6.67-inch AMOLED display with a 120 Hz refresh rate. Xiaomi offers peak brightness of up to 2,100 nits, making it suitable for outdoor use. The screen is protected by Corning Gorilla Glass 5.
This display configuration is similar to what we’ve seen on higher-end devices, offering fluid scrolling and bright visuals at a budget price point.

Under the hood, the Redmi Note 14 SE 5G runs on the MediaTek Dimensity 7025 processor. This 5G-enabled chip supports smooth day-to-day use, gaming, and multitasking.
The phone comes with 6 GB of RAM and 128 GB internal storage, with MIUI software built on Android 14. The focus is clearly on providing reliable performance without pushing the price too high.
Sony 50 MP Sensor with OIS for Main Camera
The main highlight is the 50 MP Sony Lyt 600 camera with Optical Image Stabilisation (OIS). It is supported by an 8 MP ultra-wide lens and a 2 MP macro shooter. On the front, there’s a 20 MP selfie camera.
