RailOne: One app for all your railway needs
Indian Railways has launched a new mobile app called RailOne. It’s built to make your train journeys simpler. From booking tickets to ordering food, this one app handles it all.
You can now stop switching between IRCTC, NTES, UTSonMobile, and other railway apps. RailOne puts everything in one place.
What is RailOne?
RailOne is a new app made by CRIS (Centre for Railway Information Systems). It combines different train-related services into one single platform.
You can use RailOne to:
- Book both reserved and unreserved tickets
- Track your train in real time
- Check PNR status and platform numbers
- Order food to your seat
- Get refund updates
- Lodge complaints with Indian Railways

Key things you can do with RailOne

Use the “Plan My Journey” feature to book tickets. It supports all classes, quotas, and routes.
✅ Check all your bookings
Find all your past and future bookings in the “My Bookings” tab. Filter by ticket type or date.
✅ Track trains live
You can see where your train is, its platform number, and if it’s delayed—all in real time.
✅ Find your coach easily
The Coach Position Finder shows you where your coach will arrive on the platform.
✅ Order food on the train
You don’t need to carry food anymore. Use RailOne to order meals from IRCTC’s partner vendors and get it at your seat.
✅ File complaints and track them
Facing an issue during your journey? Use the Rail Madad feature to report it and track the resolution.
✅ Get your refunds faster
Missed a train or canceled a ticket? RailOne lets you raise refund requests easily and track their status.
