Amazfit Unveils Active 2 Smartwatch in India
Amazfit has launched its new Amazfit Active 2 smartwatch in India, priced at ₹9,999 for the Standard version. The Premium variant, which features a leather strap and sapphire glass, costs ₹11,999. Both models are available on Amazon and in retail stores like Reliance and Helios.
AMOLED Display with Impressive Brightness
The Active 2 features a 1.32-inch AMOLED display that can reach up to 2,000 nits of peak brightness. This makes it easy to read even in harsh sunlight. The screen clarity and brightness are among the strongest features of this smartwatch.
Wellness, Fitness, and Smart Features Packed In
The watch supports more than 160 sports modes, catering to casual users and fitness enthusiasts alike. Women can track their wellness and hormonal cycles using the Wild.AI mini app, which is integrated into the watch.
For those focused on recovery, the PulsePrecision algorithm helps monitor heart rate accurately. The RestoreIQ algorithm boosts sleep tracking, aiming to offer deep insights rather than just surface-level data.
The device also provides a daily Readiness score, combining mental and physical health insights. It even uses HRV (Heart Rate Variability) data to track how well users are recovering.
Voice Controls and Messaging Options
A standout feature is voice control. Users can adjust settings or manage their calendars using simple voice commands. This adds to convenience, especially during workouts or busy schedules.
Android users also get the option to reply to instant messages. They can either use a keyboard or speech-to-text input, which enhances the smartwatch’s utility as a connected device.
