Toyota Kirloskar Motor has introduced the Innova Crysta LIMO in India, giving its popular MPV a dedicated identity for fleet operators. The commercial-focused offering starts at ₹19.95 lakh (ex-showroom) for the seven-seat GX Fleet version. The eight-seat version costs ₹19.99 lakh. Toyota says the prices remain unchanged despite the new branding.
The LIMO name is aimed at professional mobility customers, including operators who use the Innova for passenger transport. Rather than introducing a new-generation vehicle, Toyota is positioning the existing GX-SLF fleet grade under a distinct identity. The company is building on the Innova’s reputation for reliability, comfort and long-distance travel.
Toyota Innova Crysta LIMO price in India
The Innova Crysta LIMO is offered exclusively in the GX-SLF grade. Toyota has listed the following ex-showroom prices for the fleet configurations:
| Variant | Ex-showroom price |
|---|---|
| GX Fleet 7S | ₹19,95,000 |
| GX Fleet 8S | ₹19,99,000 |
The price difference between the two configurations is just ₹4,000. Fleet operators can choose the seating layout that suits their passenger requirements. However, buyers should confirm on-road prices and availability with their nearest Toyota dealership.
What does the Innova Crysta LIMO offer fleet buyers?
Toyota says the LIMO continues to use its proven 2.4-litre diesel engine. The focus remains on dependable performance, a spacious cabin and passenger comfort. The company also highlights comfortable captain seats and the Innova’s established ride quality for professional transport.
For taxi and fleet operators, a familiar powertrain and passenger-focused cabin could be more important than a dramatic redesign. Toyota has not announced a new engine or major mechanical changes specifically for the LIMO identity. The regular Innova Crysta uses a 2.4-litre diesel engine with a manual gearbox and delivers certified fuel efficiency of up to 15 km/l.
Comfort, safety and ownership support
The broader Innova Crysta range is available in GX, GX+, VX and ZX grades. Depending on the variant, it offers flexible seating, air-conditioning across rows, a touchscreen infotainment system and steering-mounted controls. Toyota also lists safety equipment such as seven airbags, ABS, Vehicle Stability Control, Hill Start Assist, electronic brake-force distribution and brake assist across the Crysta range. Buyers should verify the exact GX-SLF equipment list before booking.
Toyota supports the Innova Crysta with finance options extending up to seven years, Express Maintenance Service and 24×7 roadside assistance. The standard warranty covers three years or 1,00,000 km. Customers can extend it to five years or 2,20,000 km, subject to the applicable terms.
Why Toyota is introducing the LIMO name
According to Sabari Manohar, Executive Vice President of Sales, Service and Used Car Business at Toyota Kirloskar Motor, professional mobility customers have long contributed to the Innova’s success. The LIMO branding aims to recognise this audience while retaining the qualities buyers already associate with the model.
The launch gives Toyota a clearer fleet-focused identity without changing the Innova Crysta’s core proposition. For commercial buyers, the key considerations remain acquisition cost, seating capacity, running expenses and after-sales support.
