Karbonn Rebel series specifications and features
Both phones use an octa-core MediaTek Helio G81 chipset, paired with 6GB RAM and 128GB storage. Users can expand storage by up to 1TB with a microSD card. The devices run Android 16 and promise two years of OS upgrades and two years of security updates. Karbonn also claims a bloatware-free software experience.
The standard Karbonn Rebel features a 6.75-inch HD+ LCD screen with a 90Hz refresh rate and up to 650 nits brightness. The Rebel Pro has a 6.7-inch HD+ LCD display. It supports a faster 120Hz refresh rate and up to 720 nits peak brightness.
For photography, the Rebel includes a 50-megapixel rear camera with an f/1.8 aperture and autofocus. The Rebel Pro upgrades to a 64-megapixel f/1.8 rear camera. It also gets a 16-megapixel front camera for selfies and video calls.
Battery, charging and connectivity
Battery capacity is a key difference between the two models. The Karbonn Rebel carries a 7,000mAh battery with 18W wired charging. The Rebel Pro packs a 6,000mAh battery and supports 20W wired charging.
Both phones include dual-SIM support, 4G LTE, dual-band Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 5.0 and USB Type-C. They also feature a 3.5mm headphone jack, a side-mounted fingerprint scanner and face unlock. Karbonn lists an IP64 rating for dust and splash resistance on both devices.
The Rebel series puts battery capacity and a high-refresh-rate display at the centre of Karbonn’s comeback. Buyers should compare the launch offers and confirm bank-discount eligibility before placing an order.
