Ai+ is increasing prices of several smartphones in India from November 15, 2026. The revision affects selected models across its budget-focused Pulse 2 and mid-range Nova 2 series. Depending on the model and configuration, buyers will pay between ₹1,000 and ₹3,000 more.

The company announced the change in a press release on October 28. It cited rising component costs and other expenses as the reason for the revision.

The move comes amid broader price adjustments across the smartphone industry. Samsung, Oppo and Realme have also increased prices on selected models amid rising memory and component costs.

For buyers, the change means that some smartphones will become more expensive next month. Those planning to purchase an affected model can still access its current listed price until November 14.

However, buyers should check the final checkout price carefully. Some current Nova 2 series prices include bank offers, which can affect comparisons with the revised rates.

Which Ai+ smartphones will become more expensive?

The price revision covers several models from the brand Pulse 2 and Nova 2 lineups. The increase varies by device and RAM and storage configuration.

The Ai+ Pulse 2 FE and standard Pulse 2 will see a ₹2,000 increase across the listed variants. Their revised prices will start at ₹10,999.

The Nova 2 5G will also become ₹2,000 more expensive across its listed configurations. Its revised prices will range from ₹13,999 to ₹15,999.

The Nova 2 Neo 5G will see increases of ₹2,000 to ₹3,000. Its 4GB RAM and 128GB storage variant will receive the largest increase, taking its price to ₹15,999.

The Nova 2 Power 5G, Nova 2 Pro 5G and Nova 2 Ultra 5G will also become more expensive. Their revised prices will depend on the selected configuration.

The NovaFlip 5G remains an exception. Its 8GB RAM and 256GB storage variant will continue to cost ₹49,999.

Why are smartphone prices rising across brands?

The company’s announcement comes as smartphone manufacturers face higher component costs. The company has specifically cited rising component costs and other expenses, while the supplied report also points to memory costs as a broader industry pressure.

Smartphone prices can reflect several factors, including memory, processors, displays, manufacturing and logistics. When these costs rise, manufacturers may revise retail prices to manage their expenses.

However, the available announcement does not break down how much each component or expense contributed to Ai+’s decision. It would therefore be premature to attribute the entire increase to any single component.

The changes also do not mean every smartphone from every manufacturer will become more expensive. Ai+’s revision applies to the listed models and configurations, while other brands may follow different pricing strategies.

For buyers, the practical takeaway is to compare the final purchase price rather than relying only on the advertised starting price.

Should you buy an Ai+ smartphone before November 15?

If you are already planning to buy an affected Ai+ smartphone, purchasing before November 15 could help you avoid the announced price increase. The potential saving ranges from ₹1,000 to ₹3,000, depending on the model and configuration.

However, check whether the current price includes a bank offer. The final amount you pay may differ from the listed price, and discounts can affect whether buying earlier offers better value.

It is also worth comparing alternatives in the same price range before making a decision. A lower purchase price alone does not establish which phone offers better performance, battery life, software support or camera quality.

The Ai+ NovaFlip 5G does not face a price revision under the current announcement. Its listed price will remain ₹49,999 for the 8GB RAM and 256GB storage variant.

Ultimately, the November 15 deadline matters most to buyers considering one of the affected models. Those who are ready to purchase can compare current offers with the revised prices before deciding.
