Garmin has launched the Cirqa Smart Band in India as a screen-free wearable focused on health, sleep and fitness tracking.

Unlike conventional smartwatches and fitness bands, the Cirqa does not have a display. Garmin says the screen-free approach is designed to minimise distractions while keeping health tracking at the centre of the experience.

The wearable is priced at ₹25,990 in India and is available through Garmin’s India website.

Garmin Cirqa price and size options

The Garmin Cirqa is priced at ₹25,990.

It is available in two size options. The Small/Medium variant fits wrists measuring 120–200mm in circumference. It comes in Mauve, French Grey, Black and Captain Blue.

The Large/Extra Large version is designed for wrists measuring 145–240mm. It is available in Captain Blue, Mauve and Black.

The band uses a fibre-reinforced polymer case and a Fabric ComfortFit band. It also offers 5 ATM water resistance.

Health tracking without a screen

The Cirqa continuously monitors heart rate from the wrist. Users can also set high and low heart-rate alerts based on their preferred levels.

Garmin’s Body Battery feature estimates energy levels throughout the day. It can help users identify periods that may be better suited for activity or rest.

The band also tracks stress and blood oxygen saturation through Pulse Ox. A skin temperature sensor measures temperature while the user sleeps.

Garmin has also included women’s health features. These include menstrual cycle and pregnancy tracking.

Advanced sleep tracking is a major focus

Sleep tracking is one of the key features of the Cirqa.

The wearable provides a Sleep Score along with advanced sleep monitoring and a breakdown of different sleep stages.

Its Sleep Coach feature offers personalised guidance based on sleep requirements. Meanwhile, Sleep Alignment looks at circadian rhythm alignment and sleep consistency.

The Cirqa also tracks Health Status, Breathing Variations and HRV Status. A Smart Wake Alarm is included to support a more personalised wake-up routine.

The screen-free design means users need to view these insights through the Garmin Connect app rather than directly on their wrist.

Tracks more than 80 activities

The Garmin Cirqa can automatically detect activities such as walking and running. Users can confirm or edit these activities through Garmin Connect.

More than 80 activities can also be tracked manually.

These include running, cycling, swimming, hiking, yoga, Pilates, strength training, HIIT, rowing and racket and team sports.

The band also supports connected GPS through a paired smartphone. LiveTrack location sharing is available through Garmin Connect on Android and iOS.

Up to 10 days of battery life

Garmin claims the Cirqa can deliver up to 10 days of battery life with continuous health and fitness tracking.

The combination of a screen-free design and long battery life puts the focus on passive tracking rather than notifications or on-wrist interaction.

At ₹25,990, the Cirqa takes a different approach to the traditional smartwatch. Instead of adding another screen to the wrist, Garmin is positioning it as a quieter health and recovery tracker with detailed insights available through its companion app.
