HMD has launched the Vibe 2 Pro 5G in India as the latest addition to its Vibe smartphone lineup. The phone brings upgrades over the HMD Vibe 2 5G across its display, cameras and battery. It also adds Indus AI by Sarvam, with support for smart assistance across more than 22 Indian languages.

HMD Vibe 2 Pro 5G Price and Availability

The phone starts at Rs. 15,999 for the 6GB RAM and 128GB storage variant. The 8GB RAM and 128GB model costs Rs. 17,999.

As part of a limited-period launch offer, the two variants are available for Rs. 14,999 and Rs. 16,999, respectively.

The smartphone comes in Silver Mist, Aqua Green and Cosmic Purple colour options.

120Hz Display and Dimensity 6300 Chipset

The HMD Vibe 2 Pro 5G features a 6.78-inch FHD+ LCD panel. It supports a 120Hz refresh rate for smoother scrolling and animations.

Under the hood, the phone uses the MediaTek Dimensity 6300 chipset. It comes with up to 8GB of LPDDR4X RAM and 128GB of storage.

The phone runs Android 16 out of the box. HMD says it will receive two years of security updates.

64-Megapixel Sony Camera

The HMD Vibe 2 Pro 5G gets a dual rear camera setup inside a raised square-shaped module.

The primary camera uses a 64-megapixel Sony IMX682 sensor. It sits alongside a 2-megapixel macro camera. A circular LED flash sits below the two camera rings.

For selfies and video calls, the phone gets a 13-megapixel front camera.

Indus AI Supports 22+ Indian Languages

One of the key additions to the HMD Vibe 2 Pro 5G is Indus AI by Sarvam.

The AI system offers smart assistance across more than 22 Indian languages. It can help users with tasks such as drafting content, answering queries and planning.

This gives the phone a stronger focus on regional-language AI assistance. The device also supports the Sanchar Saathi Safety app.

6,000mAh Battery With 33W Charging

The phone packs a 6,000mAh battery. It supports 33W wired charging.

The large battery gives the phone a sizeable power capacity for its segment. The phone also supports 5G connectivity.

For audio, HMD has included dual stereo speakers. A 3.5mm headphone jack is also available for wired headphones.

The phone combines a large 120Hz display with a Dimensity 6300 chipset and up to 8GB RAM.

It also brings a 64-megapixel Sony primary camera, a 13-megapixel selfie camera and a 6,000mAh battery.
