OnePlus has expanded the OnePlus 13s lineup in India with a new 16GB RAM variant. The latest model combines 16GB RAM with 512GB storage and targets users who want more memory without moving to a larger smartphone.
The company launched the OnePlus 13s in India last year with up to 12GB RAM and 512GB storage. Now, the new configuration gives buyers another option at the premium end of the lineup.
OnePlus 13s Gets 16GB RAM and 512GB Storage
The new OnePlus 13s configuration pairs 16GB of LPDDR5X RAM with 512GB of UFS 4.0 storage. As a result, users get more memory for demanding multitasking and a larger space for apps, games and media.
The phone continues to use Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 8 Elite chipset. This also keeps the new model aligned with the performance hardware found in the existing OnePlus 13s lineup.
The 13s remains a relatively compact option for users who want flagship-level hardware without a very large handset.
OnePlus 13s 16GB Variant Price in India
The OnePlus 13s 16GB RAM and 512GB storage variant costs Rs. 68,999 in India. However, buyers can get an instant discount of up to Rs. 2,000 with select credit cards.
The offer covers cards from HDFC Bank, ICICI Bank, Kotak Mahindra Bank, IDFC First Bank and IndusInd Bank. Meanwhile, the existing 12GB+256GB model costs Rs. 54,999. The 12GB+512GB version costs Rs. 59,999.
The new model is available through Amazon and the OnePlus online store. Buyers can choose between Black Velvet, Green Silk and Pink Satin finishes.
120Hz LTPO AMOLED Display
The OnePlus 13s features a 6.32-inch 1.5K LTPO ProXDR AMOLED display. It offers a 1,216 x 2,640-pixel resolution and supports refresh rates of up to 120Hz.
The display can reach up to 1,600 nits of peak brightness. It also supports 2,160Hz PWM dimming for low-light viewing. In addition, Aqua Touch 2.0 helps the screen respond to touches in challenging conditions.
Therefore, the compact display still offers the specifications expected from a premium smartphone.
Dual Rear Cameras and 32MP Selfie Camera
For photography, the OnePlus 13s uses a dual-camera setup on the rear. The primary camera combines a 50-megapixel sensor with a Sony LYT-700 sensor and optical image stabilisation.
Alongside it, the phone features a 50-megapixel telephoto camera. This camera supports 2x optical zoom and electronic image stabilisation.
On the front, a 32-megapixel camera handles selfies and video calls. So, the camera setup covers everyday photography as well as portrait and zoom requirements.
5,850mAh Battery With 80W Charging
The OnePlus 13s also packs a 5,850mAh battery. It supports 80W wired fast charging, giving the phone a strong battery and charging combination for daily use.
Additionally, the handset features an in-display optical fingerprint scanner. It measures 150.8 x 71.7 x 8.2mm and weighs around 185 grams.
Overall, the new 16GB model gives the OnePlus 13s lineup more memory while retaining the same compact design, Snapdragon 8 Elite platform, AMOLED display and dual-camera setup.
