Oppo has expanded its K series in India with the new Oppo K14 Lite. The smartphone focuses on battery life and a large 120Hz display while keeping its starting price below Rs. 17,000.
The Oppo K14 Lite comes with a 7,000mAh battery, a Unisoc T7250 processor and a 13-megapixel rear camera. It also brings AI-powered camera tools and Google Gemini support.
Oppo K14 Lite price and availability in India
The Oppo K14 Lite is priced at Rs. 16,999 for the 4GB RAM and 64GB storage variant.
Oppo is offering the smartphone in Feather Purple and Stone Brown colour options. It is available to purchase from the Oppo e-store and Flipkart.
The launch offer makes the phone slightly more affordable. Buyers can get an instant Rs. 1,000 discount through select bank offers. This brings the effective price down to Rs. 15,999.
Oppo is also offering a three-month no-cost EMI option as part of the launch offer.
120Hz display with touch features
The Oppo K14 Lite comes with a 6.75-inch HD+ display. The panel has a resolution of 720 x 1,570 pixels and supports a 120Hz refresh rate.
The display can reach up to 900 nits of peak brightness. Oppo has also added features aimed at improving touchscreen usability in difficult conditions.
Splash Touch allows the screen to respond when it is wet. Oily-Hand Touch is designed for use with greasy fingers, while Glove Touch allows operation while wearing gloves.
These features could be useful for users who frequently use their phone outdoors or in different conditions.
Unisoc processor and 64GB storage
The Oppo K14 Lite is powered by the Unisoc T7250 octa-core processor. It comes with 4GB of LPDDR4X RAM and 64GB of UFS 2.2 storage.
For managing heat, Oppo has included a graphite cooling area measuring up to 13,700 square millimetres.
The phone runs ColorOS 16 based on Android 16. It also supports Google Gemini and Google’s AI assistant.

13MP camera gets AI features
The Oppo K14 Lite features a 13-megapixel rear camera with autofocus. On the front, there is a 5-megapixel camera for selfies and video calls.
The camera software includes Portrait, Night and Time-Lapse modes.
Oppo has also included several AI-based image tools. These include AI Eraser, AI Clear Face and AI Smart Image Matting 2.0.
The phone’s AI capabilities are not limited to photography. Google Gemini and Google’s AI assistant are also supported on the device.
7,000mAh battery is the main highlight
The biggest feature of the Oppo K14 Lite is its 7,000mAh battery.
Oppo claims the battery can retain more than 80 percent of its original capacity after 1,800 charging cycles. The company also provides several battery-life figures based on different usage scenarios.
The K14 Lite is claimed to deliver up to 26.84 hours of YouTube playback. For gaming, Oppo quotes up to 13.19 hours of PUBG Mobile gameplay.
The company also claims up to 55.55 hours of calling time on a single charge.
The battery supports 15W charging. Reverse wired charging is also available, allowing the phone to share power with compatible devices.
The phone also carries an IP64 rating for protection against dust and water splashes.
With its large battery, 120Hz display and AI features, the Oppo K14 Lite is positioned around everyday endurance rather than high-end performance. The Rs. 15,999 effective launch price also places the phone firmly in the budget segment.
