Lava has launched the Virat V1 Pro 5G in India as the latest addition to its Virat smartphone lineup. The new budget smartphone features a 6,000mAh battery, 50-megapixel rear camera and 120Hz display. It also runs Android 16 and uses a Unisoc chipset.
The Lava Virat V1 Pro 5G will be available in a single configuration and two colour options.

The Lava Virat V1 Pro 5G is priced at Rs. 15,999 for the sole 6GB RAM + 128GB storage variant. Lava is offering up to a Rs. 2,000 bank discount, bringing the effective price down to Rs. 13,999.
The smartphone will go on sale on August 31 at 12pm IST via Flipkart. It comes in Sikkim Midnight and Spiti Frost colour options.

The Lava Virat V1 Pro 5G features a 6.75-inch HD+ LCD display with a resolution of 720 x 1,600 pixels. The screen supports a 120Hz refresh rate and has a pixel density of 260ppi.
The smartphone runs Android 16 and is powered by the octa-core Unisoc T8200 chipset. The processor has a peak clock speed of 2.6GHz. The handset comes with 6GB of RAM and 128GB of internal storage.
For photography, the Virat V1 Pro 5G features a dual rear camera setup housed inside a square-shaped module. The setup includes a 50-megapixel AI primary camera with fixed focus, while Lava has not specified the secondary camera. An 8-megapixel front camera handles selfies and video calls.
