Google has launched the Pixel 11 Pro Fold in India as its latest book-style foldable smartphone. The new model arrives alongside the Pixel 11, Pixel 11 Pro, Pixel 11 Pro XL and Pixel Watch 5.

The Pixel 11 Pro Fold combines Google’s new Tensor G6 chipset with an 8-inch foldable display and a triple rear camera setup. It also brings Google’s latest Android 17 software and a long-term update commitment.

In India, Google offers the foldable in a single configuration and one colour option.

Google Pixel 11 Pro Fold price and availability

The Google Pixel 11 Pro Fold costs Rs. 1,86,999 in India. The company offers the phone with 16GB RAM and 512GB internal storage.

The foldable comes in an Olive colourway. Customers can currently pre-order it through Amazon and the Google India online store.

Google has not listed multiple storage options for the Indian market. Therefore, buyers get the 16GB RAM and 512GB storage configuration as the sole choice.

8-inch Super Actua Flex display

The Pixel 11 Pro Fold features an 8-inch OLED Super Actua Flex display on the inside. The panel offers a 2,076 x 2,152-pixel resolution and a refresh rate of up to 120Hz.

The display also reaches up to 3,600 nits of peak brightness. It supports HDR and displays up to 16 million colours at 372ppi.

Meanwhile, the cover screen measures 6.5 inches. It uses an OLED Super Actua panel with a 1,080 x 2,342-pixel resolution and a 19.5:9 aspect ratio.

The cover display also supports a 120Hz refresh rate, HDR and up to 3,600 nits of peak brightness. Google uses an ultra-durable ceramic cover glass on the outer screen, while the inner display gets an ultra-thin glass cover.

The foldable also carries an IP68 rating for dust and water resistance.

Tensor G6 powers the foldable

Google has equipped the Pixel 11 Pro Fold with its new Tensor G6 chipset. A Titan M3 security coprocessor also handles security-related functions.

The phone runs Android 17 out of the box. Google promises seven years of OS upgrades, security updates and Pixel Drop updates.

This gives the Pixel 11 Pro Fold one of the longer software support commitments available on a smartphone.

Triple rear camera setup

For photography, the Pixel 11 Pro Fold gets three rear cameras.

The setup includes a 48-megapixel primary camera with an f/1.7 aperture. It also gets a 10.5-megapixel ultrawide camera with a 127-degree field of view. The third camera is a 10.8-megapixel telephoto sensor with an f/3.1 aperture. It supports up to 5x optical zoom and up to 30x digital zoom.

For selfies and video calls, Google adds two 10-megapixel cameras. One sits on the cover display, while the other sits on the inner foldable screen. The phone can record videos at up to 4K resolution at 60 frames per second.

4,806mAh battery and 30W charging

The Pixel 11 Pro Fold packs a 4,806mAh battery. Google claims that the battery can deliver more than 24 hours of use.

The phone supports 30W wired charging and can reach 50 percent charge in around 30 minutes with the compatible adapter. It also supports wireless charging at up to 25W. For connectivity, the foldable supports 5G, 4G LTE, Wi-Fi 7 and Bluetooth 6. It also includes NFC, USB Type-C and multiple satellite navigation systems, including NavIC.

The Pixel 11 Pro Fold measures 155.2 x 76 x 10.1mm when folded. When opened, it measures 155.2 x 150.4 x 5mm. The device weighs around 239 grams.

With its large inner display, Tensor G6 chipset and seven years of software support, Google is positioning the Pixel 11 Pro Fold as a premium foldable rather than an experimental device. Its Rs. 1,86,999 price, however, puts it firmly in the ultra-premium smartphone segment.
