Acer has expanded its gaming laptop portfolio in India with three new Predator Helios Neo models. The company unveiled the Predator Helios Neo 16S AI, Predator Helios Neo 16 AI and Predator Helios Neo 16 at its Next@Acer India 2026 event.
The new machines combine Intel processors with Nvidia GeForce RTX 50-series laptop GPUs. They also feature high-refresh-rate displays and Acer’s gaming-focused software and cooling technologies.
Prices for the new Predator laptops start at Rs. 2,42,990 in India. Customers can also claim cashback of up to Rs. 10,000 on the new models.
Acer Predator Helios Neo laptops price and availability
The Predator Helios Neo 16S AI is priced at Rs. 2,62,990 in India. The Predator Helios Neo 16 AI starts at Rs. 2,82,990, while the Predator Helios Neo 16 carries a starting price of Rs. 2,42,990.
The laptops will be available through Acer Exclusive Stores, the Acer E-store, Amazon, Flipkart, Croma, Reliance and Vijay Sales.
The Predator Helios Neo 16 AI sits at the top of the new lineup. It can be configured with Intel’s Core Ultra 9 290HX processor and Nvidia’s GeForce RTX 5080 Laptop GPU with 16GB of GDDR7 VRAM.
Predator Helios Neo 16S AI focuses on portability
The Predator Helios Neo 16S AI is the slimmer option among the three new models. Acer says its metal chassis measures less than 18.9mm in thickness.
The laptop can be configured with up to an Intel Core Ultra 7 356H processor and Nvidia GeForce RTX 5060 Laptop GPU. It supports up to 64GB of DDR5 RAM and 2TB of PCIe SSD storage.
For gaming, it gets a 16-inch OLED WQXGA display with a 165Hz refresh rate and 1ms response time. The panel carries VESA DisplayHDR True Black 1000 certification and supports Nvidia G-Sync.
It also offers 100 percent DCI-P3 colour coverage and Calman Verified colour accuracy. A 92Wh battery powers the laptop, while Acer’s fifth-generation Predator AeroBlade 3D cooling system handles thermal management.
Helios Neo 16 AI brings RTX 5080 power
The Predator Helios Neo 16 AI is designed for users seeking higher performance. It can be configured with up to the Intel Core Ultra 9 290HX processor and Nvidia GeForce RTX 5080 Laptop GPU.
The GPU comes with 16GB of GDDR7 VRAM. The laptop supports up to 64GB of DDR5 RAM and 2TB of PCIe Gen4 SSD storage.
A 16-inch WQXGA HDR display sits on the front. It offers a 240Hz refresh rate and 1ms response time, along with Nvidia Advanced Optimus and G-Sync support.
The display also provides 100 percent DCI-P3 coverage and Calman Verified colour accuracy.
For cooling, Acer uses fifth-generation Predator AeroBlade fans, liquid metal thermal grease and vector heat pipes. The setup is designed to maintain performance during demanding gaming and creative workloads.
Predator Helios Neo 16 targets high-end gaming
The third model, Predator Helios Neo 16, comes with up to an Intel Core i9-14900HX processor and Nvidia GeForce RTX 5070 Laptop GPU.
It features a 16-inch WQXGA display with a 180Hz refresh rate and 3ms response time. The screen covers 100 percent of the sRGB colour gamut and supports MUX Switch technology.
The laptop supports up to 32GB of DDR5 RAM and 2TB of PCIe Gen4 SSD storage. Acer also includes its fifth-generation Predator AeroBlade cooling system and vector heat pipes.
Connectivity features include Killer DoubleShot Pro and Thunderbolt 4.
AI features come across the lineup
Acer has equipped all three new Predator models with Nvidia’s Blackwell architecture and DLSS 4.5 support. They also get Acer Intelligence Space and PredatorSense for managing performance and system features.
The laptops include AI-assisted webcam capabilities and intelligent audio tools. This gives the new lineup a broader focus beyond gaming, particularly for users who also rely on their machines for creative and productivity workloads.
