Urban Company’s smart home brand, Native, has expanded its home appliance portfolio with the launch of the Native M3 and Native M3 Pro water purifiers in India. Starting at Rs. 22,999, the new premium RO water purifiers promise up to three years of filter life without routine servicing, a feature the company says can significantly reduce maintenance costs.

Both models also support smart monitoring through the Urban Company app, allowing users to track water quality, filter health and system performance in real time.

Long-life filters aim to reduce maintenance

The biggest highlight of the Native M3 series is its long-life filtration technology. According to Urban Company, the filters can last for up to three years without requiring routine servicing or replacement.

Unlike conventional RO water purifiers that need frequent maintenance, the company says the new models can lower long-term ownership costs. It estimates users could save up to Rs. 26,000 over nine years through reduced servicing and filter replacement expenses.

The purification system ensures that all water passes through the RO membrane to remove heavy metals, chemicals and other impurities.

Smart monitoring through the app

Both the Native M3 and M3 Pro connect to the Urban Company app, allowing users to monitor filter health, water quality and overall system performance remotely.

Additionally, users can run a health check for the purifier and contact customer support directly through the app if they encounter any issues.

M3 Pro adds premium features

The Native M3 Pro offers several upgrades over the standard model. It features a food-grade stainless steel storage tank and supports advanced mineralisation with pH balancing.

Its DualFlow Mineraliser technology restores minerals lost during the purification process. Meanwhile, both models include larger filters, Smart Rinse technology and an RO Life Booster system.

The M3 Pro also stands out with a dot-matrix smart display, similar in style to Nothing smartphones. The display shows water dispensing modes, pre- and post-purification TDS levels, weather information and other system details.

Price and availability

The Native M3 is priced at Rs. 22,999, while the Native M3 Pro costs Rs. 25,999.
