Google’s upcoming Pixel Watch 5 has surfaced in a fresh leak ahead of its expected launch next month. Official-looking renders shared by tipster @OnLeaks in collaboration with The Tide Chart reveal the smartwatch in four new colour options, refreshed bands, and a redesigned watch face featuring a dedicated Gemini shortcut.

Although the renders do not suggest any major hardware changes, they offer the clearest look yet at Google’s next-generation smartwatch.

Four new colour options revealed

According to the leaked renders, the Pixel Watch 5 will arrive in four finishes.

The lineup includes Dark Anthracite, which pairs a matte black case with a matching black band. Natural Silver combines a polished silver case with a light green-tinted band. Google also appears to be introducing Pyrite, featuring a matte gold finish with a dark green strap.

Meanwhile, the Warm Gold variant uses a polished gold case paired with an orange-pink band. The leak suggests this colour option will be exclusive to the smaller 41mm model.

New watch face highlights Gemini

The renders also showcase a new default watch face. It combines an analogue clock with a colourful wavy background and places a dedicated Gemini shortcut prominently on the home screen.

This could indicate that Google plans to integrate its AI assistant more deeply into Wear OS. However, the company has not officially confirmed any new Gemini features for the smartwatch.

Hardware may remain largely unchanged

Apart from the new colours and watch face, the renders do not reveal significant design changes. The Pixel Watch 5 appears to retain the familiar circular design introduced with previous generations.

The accompanying report also reiterates earlier rumours about a possible price increase. It further mentions a “wearable-class Tensor chip,” although that claim is based on previously leaked internal plans from 2024 rather than new evidence.

Google has yet to announce the Pixel Watch 5 officially. The smartwatch is widely expected to debut alongside the Pixel 11 smartphone series at the company’s Made by Google event next month.
