The Galaxy S25 Ultra sports the largest 6.9-inch display, offering a top-tier viewing experience. The S25+ follows with a 6.7-inch screen, while the standard S25 has a 6.36-inch panel. Despite the difference in size, all three phones feature Samsung’s Dynamic AMOLED 2X display with 120Hz refresh rate and 2,600 nits peak brightness.
