Lava has launched its latest smartwatch, the Prowatch X, in India. The wearable brand introduced this feature-packed smartwatch on February 14, 2025. It boasts an AMOLED display, advanced health tracking, built-in GPS, and up to 10 days of battery life. The Prowatch X is available for pre-order from today until February 18, and the open sale begins on February 21 via Flipkart.

The Lava Prowatch X comes with a 1.43-inch AMOLED display that offers 500 nits brightness and a 30 Hz refresh rate. The always-on display is protected by Corning Gorilla Glass 3, ensuring durability. Users can personalize their watch face with 110+ customizable options.
Packed with Health & Fitness Features
Lava has integrated multiple health and fitness tracking features in the Prowatch X. The smartwatch supports 110+ sports modes, including yoga, HIIT, and running courses. It can monitor heart rate variability (HRV), VO₂ Max levels, sleep cycles, and daytime naps. SpO₂ tracking is available in both manual and continuous modes.
Smooth Performance with Dual-Core Chipset
The Prowatch X is powered by the ATD3085C dual-core chipset, ensuring smooth performance. It connects via Bluetooth 5.3 and supports hands-free calling. The smartwatch is compatible with both Android and iOS devices.
Long Battery Life and Water Resistance
A single charge gives the Prowatch X up to 10 days of battery life under normal use and 17 hours with GPS enabled. The smartwatch is IP68-rated, allowing it to be submerged up to 1.5 meters underwater for 30 minutes.
